Bill Ward

Bill brings over 40 years of professional experience spanning aviation, legal services, and information technology, combining technical expertise with a calm, structured approach to learning.

He began his career in airline flight operations and flying instruction, where clarity and good judgement are essential. Alongside this, Bill was co-founder of a legal practice specialising in intellectual property, giving him practical insight into running a professional services business.

Today, Bill works as a Salesforce instructor and senior consultant, helping learners develop real-world Salesforce administration skills that build confidence and translate directly into employment. His teaching style is practical, supportive, and grounded in how Salesforce is actually used by organisations.
