Mark, Founder of AI Force and Creator of the Agentforce Bootcamp

Mark first learned about Salesforce in 2015/16, working for a company whose sole customer was the US Navy. He saw a great opportunity to use Salesforce inside their company, and after pitching it to them, he upskilled to be their Salesforce Admin, at the same time learning more about artificial intelligence.

Fast forward to 2022, and with extensive knowledge of AI, he realised the potential space for this inside the Salesforce world and started AI Force to help others learn and become experts.
