Heather Black

With 15 years’ experience delivering Salesforce projects, Heather brings a rare mix of hands-on delivery expertise and training leadership. Heather has led end-to-end consulting engagements across business analysis, agile delivery, and change, and is known for turning complex project work into clear, repeatable frameworks that teams can actually use.
